I recently gave a short presentation on business strategies. Within the first few minutes, a question arose among the audience: the most experienced and well-recognized entrepreneurs in the region. What would be the best business strategy right now ?

The discussion was quickly animated and polarized, reflecting the current state of society and macro-economic trends. More nuanced ideas did not get much traction. Indeed, these approaches are unfortunately doomed to failure in today’s economic landscape.

In the business world, there are many possible strategic models. There is no ready-made recipe, but it is clear that nowadays, some strategic models work in a devilishly effective way, regardless of the size of the company, its sector of activity, or geographical area.

Most of the current strategies, presented under various labels like ‘agility‘ or ‘blitzscaling’, have become the only recipe that can guarantee the success of any company during a relatively short time.
